Notes:  Access: Commerce Boulevard, the Park's main access 
road, is a two lane 22 ft wide road with 8 ft shoulders.  Electricity: PPL, Inc. provides primary service to the Park via a 12.47 KV distribution system, 5.4 miles from the East Carbondale Substation, with available voltages of 12.47 KV, 480 volts, 277/480 volts, 120/208 volts or 120/240 volts.  Water: Pennsylvania American Water Company supplies water to the Park with a 12-inch waterline located in Commerce Boulevard, also supplying hydrants . A water treatment plant is located in Forest City Borough.  Sewer: A gravity flow collection system with 8-inch mains is located in the Park and served by a sewage treatment plant.  Gas Service: PG Energy Company provides an 8-inch high pressure gas main at Commerce Boulevard and has a regulator station in the Park. Service is 1,030 BTU content per cubic foot.  Telecommunications: NE PA Telephone Company provides state-of-the-art phone and telecommunications system to the Park through its fiber optic system.
